Texas Banner 2014 – The Texas Department of Dispute Resolution in Lubbock, TX, has selected the pastel painting ‘Longhorn’ by Carol Santora to adorn their 2014 banner. Their previous banner, created in 2010, also displayed a cow painting by Santora Texas Banner 2010.
