THE PROCESS:
Work is done from your color photographs, or the artist can photograph your pet for an additional charge, depending on your physical location from the artist’s studio. The quality and clarity of your photos is of the utmost importance. Several, close-up, 4x6 or LARGER photos are desirable. Please include eye color and any special markings or other instructions with your commission request.

PENCIL PORTRAITS MUST BE PAID IN FULL WHEN COMMISSIONED.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commission a pastel portrait. Santora Fine Art accepts (cash) checks or credit cards. Please contact the artist for credit card payments. The remaining balance is due on completion of work. Photos will be returned with the portrait. Shipping charges, required insurance, and in some instances, photographic services are extra. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your portrait.

Christmas orders must be received by November 15th to be ready for Christmas giving!

Also please note: The artist retains the copyright on any image she creates, to be used for reproduction in other formats if she chooses.
